A whole leap with respect to the RX Vega series.
The Radeon RX 5700 XT, the most powerful of the first two Navi graphics that will arrive on July 7 , has appeared in the Time Spy database of the 3DMark test bench. The page is no longer up, but here below you have a snapshot of what was there. As it is not yet registered in the platform, the name of the card does not appear as such, but in the case of a new graph with a boost frequency of 1878 MHz, it seems obvious that it is the 5700 XT.
WCCFTech is the first to have echoed these results, and point out that the equipment used is very similar to your tests, with an overclocked i7-8700K at 5 GHz and 3200 MHz DDR4 memory. The result is 8575 points, with 8719 points for the graphics and 7843 for the CPU, which is placed above the Radeon RX Vega 64 and the GTX 1080. However, it would be behind the RTX 2070, which following the reference of WCCFTech, has a score of 8901, perhaps because in the latter case the team will have better CPU frequencies.
With this, we find an increase in performance with respect to the last generation but still does not stand out with respect to the competition. If AMD does not tune the price soon, Nvidia will be placed in a privileged position, especially with the arrival of the new RTX Supermodels.
