iPad owners are more satisfied than the buyers of Samsung and Amazon tablets. Apple now offers an iPad for virtually everyone and a new survey reveals that, regardless of the model chosen, it is very likely that you are extremely satisfied with the purchase.
According to the ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) which interviewed more than 12,500 people between September 2018 and August 2019, Apple once again leads the tablet market in terms of customer satisfaction especially the iPad owners.
Combined with the popularity of Mac desktops and MacBook laptops, Apple achieved an 83/100 satisfaction score for the entire “PC” segment. This is on par with the company’s 2018 rating and places it two points ahead of Samsung’s second place, which this year has dropped by one point to 81/100.
ACSI claims that Samsung has continued to be behind Apple in the tablet segment. And for that, thanks to its Galaxy Tab S4 and Galaxy Tab S5e. The recently announced Galaxy Tab S6, of course, was not part of the survey. But it could increase the company’s ratings in next year’s polls if all goes well. Samsung’s overall score is the result of its combination with that of the desktop market, which it currently leads.
In third place “distant” was Amazon, which competes only in the tablet segment. His line of Firebrands received a satisfaction score of 79/100 which. Although still very impressive, actually represents a 3-point drop compared to 2018.
