The beta of the new operating system for iPhone and iPad, iOS 13, is now available and new features begin to appear. After adding wallpapers and night mode, now Apple introduces the automatic closing of browser tabs. With a simple configuration, the user can now configure his device so that the Safari tabs close themselves after a certain period of time has passed.
Close browser tabs Safari in iOS 13 on iPhone or iPad
All smartphone or tablet users always use the browser to search for information or read the diary. As the application is opened or closed, it begins to accumulate tabs that never disappear and cause the system to become slow and delay in loading.
However, Apple incorporated into its new operating system the possibility of configuring these annoying tabs to close automatically. To activate this function it is enough to follow a few simple steps and we can say goodbye forever to this little problem.
First, you must enter Settings, look for the option Safari and go to Close Tabs. Once there, three-time frequencies will appear for the tabs to close automatically. The closing frequencies that we can choose are: after a day, a week or a month. With this, the browser will run faster because it should not open a large amount of information.
iOS 13 also introduced other features such as direct sending of spam calls to voicemail, iPadOS gestures, Swype keyboard and a lot of other things. The beta of the new operating system of the company Cupertino already available for developers. On the other hand, users who are enrolled in Apple’s public beta program will be able to try a second Beta by the beginning of July, however, there is no confirmed release date yet.
