On June 21, celebrate International Yoga Day by winning this award with a yoga workout of 15 minutes or more. Record your time with any application that adds yoga workouts to the Health app.
In addition to the medal, participants who complete the challenge will win the traditionally animated iMessage stickers, which can still be shared on FaceTime – this time they will be three of them!
