Create A Vision Board
If you’re a person who is stimulated by visuals and images, then creating a vision or mood board is a fantastic way to begin manifesting. Collect images of things that depict your goals and make sure they’re specific. If you want to earn more money, find the exact figure you would like to be earning and then add it to your board. If you want to lose weight, find an image of the exact body type or shape you would like and add it to the board. The more particular you are the clearer direction you’re giving to the universe. Express Gratitude
It may seem weird to say thank you for something you don’t have yet, but manifesting is all about thinking and feeling your dreams into reality. If you’re desperate for a new car or that home you’ve always wanted, expressing deep thanks and gratitude is a fantastic way to let the universe know you’re ready to receive. If you want to start off slow, why not start a gratitude journal that you can use daily? Each night, write down three things that you are thankful for in your life. They could be things that have occurred that day or something that is part of the bigger picture. When you’re giving thanks, try and write down exactly how each gratitude made you feel deep inside. Use a dedicated notebook, or even write in your phone’s notes.
Start Scripting
Scripting is a great manifestation technique if you enjoy putting pen to paper and letting your creative juices flow. The idea is to write a journal or diary entry as though you were living a day in your dream life. Really use your imagination with this one and try and immerse yourself into the action. As you’re describing your dream day, think about the emotions you’re feeling and try and channel that into reality. Are you happy? Elated even? Allow that emotion to become a reality as you’re writing for a deeper manifestation impact. Add as much detail as possible as though you are setting the scene for a movie. What is the weather like? What can you smell, hear and see? This truly is a powerful manifesting tool if you can fully commit.
Release Negative And Limiting Beliefs
It is totally normal to feel nervous about what you are manifesting and to experience self-doubt. Allow your negative and limiting thoughts to enter your conscious. Acknowledge them by writing them down, then take the paper and destroy it, and visualize your limiting thoughts dissipating with the paper. Reducing and removing these thoughts is a skill, and you’ll have to practice often to ensure you don’t put negative blocks on your manifestations.
Start Meditating
Meditation has been proven to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and reduce negativity, however, it is also a fantastic manifestation tool. Unless you’re experienced in the art of mediation, try guided meditations that can take you through a variety of manifesting techniques and journeys for a successful outcome. You can find many guided meditations on YouTube, podcasts, or meditation apps. Just make sure you’re in a quiet place and have at least 15 minutes of uninterrupted time to spare, right before bed is a great time to meditate!
Be Prepared To Do The Work
While manifesting is a limitless tool for achieving the life you want, there is still work involved. Manifesting will not miraculously materialize a million dollars in your bank, but it will allow you to open up to opportunities to do so that you may have missed. By practicing manifestation you won’t suddenly drop twenty pounds in one week, but it will give you the confidence and motivation to eat well and hit the gym.
