For instance, if you want the itemized bill for January, then you need to send an SMS ‘EPREBILL>JAN>CDAIRTEL@EMAILID to the number 121 actually. Then, you will get the call records in just 121 to your email ID in less than six hours. The itemized bill will contain all the bill information such as voice, text, downloads, data, and recharge history of the prepaid number as well. You can get more than six months of call records using any of these methods.
Get Call Details from Airtel Website | Airtel call history
- First, go to the official Airtel website and then tap on the profile icon at the top right corner of the screen. In order to log on to your account using Mobile and Password or OTP as well.
- After successful login, you have to select the call history option.
- Then type any Airtel mobile number in the box provided whose call details that you want to see.
